I spent the week with my college roommate Sean in Portland. I got to rest my foot some more, watch lots of Netflix, explore a new city, bake more, and eat lots of ice cream.

I did a two mile test hike in the city and my foot did well. The rest of my legs were cramping from disuse, but I assume that will go away.
Sean gave me a ride out to the trail at Cascade Locks for PCT Days this weekend, and he was nice enough to pick up three other hikers for the ride out as well. Thanks, Sean!
